Titanium Grades 2 chemical composition allows the Grade 2 Titanium Nuts and Bolts to be highly thermally conductive and to have higher melting points. The melting point is 1665 degrees Celsius. The different fasteners are used in different application circumstances. The Titanium Gr.2 Washers are used in high stress bolting applications. The minimum tensile strength of the fasteners is 344MPa and the minimum yield strength is 275MPa.
