The A193 B6 Studs have 13% chromium in the material composition with carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, and silicon. The minimum yield strength of the Sa 193 B6 Studs is 585MPa and the minimum tensile strength is 760MPa. The fasteners of the B6 grade have a diameter ranging up to M100. The fasteners have to be quenched and tempered at a minimum temperature of 593 degrees Celsius for the maximum hardness achievement. The washers are made up of mild steels but the A193 B6 Stainless Steel Studs are made up of the 410 steel. This allows for high wear and tear resistance of the material. The applications include engineering, construction, engine parts, automotive applications, transportation and other high wear and tear applications with high tensile strength requirements.
