At Prashaant Steel & Alloys, the customer service team ensures that all customers are helped with all their needs and demands. Due to the high strength they give, the ASTM F594 Nuts from Prashaant Steel & Alloys are widely common.
ASTM F594 Nuts are made up of different alloys. These alloys are grouped into group 1 and group 2. The group 1 alloys have type 304 material and the group 2 alloys have type 316 material. There are different shapes and types of nuts in this specification. The ASTM F594 Hex Nuts are one of the preferred nuts for high torque applications because they can withstand high forces while installing and uninstalling.
The ASTM F594 Washers are used with these nuts to enable better tightening of the nuts. The material includes different amounts of carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, silicon, chromium, nickel, copper and molybdenum varying with the grades of the alloy. There are different diameters ranging from ¼ inches to 1 ½ inches and different strength values. The F594 Stainless Steel Washers are used to support the nuts and they are made in the same grade as the nuts. The minimum proof strength of the nuts is 70ksi for lower alloys and ranges up to 100ksi for higher alloys. The ASTM F594 Stainless Steel Nuts have high hardness values as well. The minimum Rockwell hardness ranges from B65 to C32 for various grades.
