Alloy Steel F91 Forged Fittings has highly resistant to stress corrosion cracking if aged at 550 Degree C or higher, where higher aging temperatures give better SCC resistance. Heat this Alloy Steel F91 Forged Fittings uniformly up to 1200 Degree F / 1400 Degree F (650 Degree C / 760 Degree C) along with air cool. For maximum softness, heat this Alloy Steel F91 Forged Fittings up to 1500 Degree F / 1650 Degree F (815 Degree C / 900 Degree C) along with a slow furnace cool. Temper this Alloy Steel F91 Forged Fittings at temperatures appropriate to produce desired mechanical properties. If this Alloy Steel F91 Forged Threaded Coupling Fittings is tempered in the range 750 Degree F / 1050 Degree F (400 Degree C / 565 Degree C), there will be a decrease in impact strength and in corrosion resistance – depending upon the media. The tempering range 425 Degree C – 600 Degree C in this Alloy Steel F91 Forged Fittings should be avoided. Meanwhile, the scaling temperature of our Alloy Steel F91 Forged Fittings should be approximately temperature of 650 Degree C.
