Titanium Grade 5 Valves, Elbow Valves is a fantastic material, which is difficult to work with, but so rewarding when it can be pulled off. Our Titanium Grade 5 Tee Valves is high – strength alloy which can be used at cryogenic temperatures up to about 800 Degree F (427 Degree C). Often referred to as the “workhorse” grade, these Titanium Grade 5 Cross Valves are most commonly found in the annealed condition. Meanwhile, Titanium Grade 5 Reducer are also being offered in different sizes and shapes to our customers. We offer processing services and a fully automated magazine feed rod blanking line for these Titanium Grade 5 Bend Valves, where we can process your material to your exact requirements. Titanium Grade 5 Stub End Valves has excellent corrosion resistance in oxidising conditions, and is effectively immune from stress corrosion cracking, pitting corrosion and crevice corrosion in chloride solutions below 70 Degree C.
Grade 5 Titanium Valves makes it undesirable for bone screws or plates. Titanium Alloy Grade 5 Valves offers an excellent combination of high strength and toughness. Ti 6Al-4V Valves is the most commercially available of all titanium alloys, and is the workhorse alloy of the titanium industry. Grade 5 Titanium Valves is classed as an alpha-beta alloy and so is the most widely used of the high strength titanium alloys.
This titanium grade has outstanding corrosion resistance and is widely used in numerous applications and industries. This titanium grade offers excellent performance and has the capability to maintain its quality in extreme temperature. This grade is stronger than other titanium grades but it has equal corrosion resistance against most of the applications. Food Process Industry, Fabrication Industry, oil and gas, power generation, Plumping, bulk liquid transportation, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper manufacturing,General Purpose application, textiles and others. All our Titanium Grades 5 Valves are manufactured in accordance with international standards. Titanium Grades 5 Valve are packaged to ensure that there is no damage during transit. In case of exports, standard export packaging is done in wooden cases. All Titanium Grades 5 Valves are marked with Grade, Lot No, Size, Degree and our trademark. On special requests we can also make custom marking on Titanium Grades 5 Valves.
